Membrane covers & tanks

Membrane is a material used for covering process storage tanks such as horizontal digesters/anaerobic reactors or any other storage tanks with various shapes.

SiGa-Tech uses only high quality membrane materials. We use membranes with tensile strength higher than 5400N/5cm, tearing strength higher than 850N and temperature resistant in rage from -30 to +70 ^oC. Ensuring above mentioned parameters is particularly important in our climate conditions.

Membrane covers can be made as single layer membrane with central mast and suspension system or double layer membrane with pressure control system that sustain proper pressure level between membranes.

Our cover systems can have almost any shape which allows to equip them with additional platforms with necessary equipment such as manholes, sight glasses, safety valves or feeding systems. All equipment is made of stainless steel.
