DOUBLE MEMBRANE GASHOLDERS

Double membrane gasholders consist of bottom and internal storage membrane and external membrane which protects interior from negative influence of atmospheric effects and maintains stable pressure in biogas network. They are equipped in ultrasound level sensors, sight glasses, air blowers which keep pressure between membranes at correct level and pressure regulating valves which are the part of pressure control system. SiGa-Tech offers double membrane gasholders with storage volumes in rage from 10 to 15 600m3 with diameters respectively from 3,4 to 35m and many color versions.

GASHOLDERS UNDER STEEL SILO

Membrane gasholders under external steel silo. Silo can be made of coated galvanized steel, glass coated steel or epoxy coated steel. Internal membrane of gasholder is made of the same material as in double membrane gasholder systems. SiGa-Tech offers steel-housed gasholders with storage volumes in rage from 20 to 10 000m3. Gasholder is equipped with ultrasound level sensor, internal and external manholes, ladders and roof platforms with handrails, methane detectors and safety valves. SiGa-Tech gasholders under silo can operated with no pressure or overpressure.

 

CONTAINER GASHOLDERS

Membrane gasholders in cylindrical form (gasbag) closed in container made in two size options -20’ and 40’ (other sizes are negotiable). Correct pressure in storage system is achieved thanks to the overpressure in special separated membrane area. Biogas flows from/into membrane through internal elastic pipelines. Due to pressurized air pressing storage area of the membrane system can achieve proper pressure in biogas network. Gasholder is equipped with level measurement which is located inside the container, safety devices which protect gasholder from excessive overpressure.
Container gasholder is complete storage system which can be located in any flat surface with proper carrying capacity.
