BIOGAS FLARE – TYPE 0s WITH OPEN FLAME
Biogas flare type 0s is a device where burning of biogas is realized by open flame, which means that flame is not covered by chimney and can be visible from the outside of flare.
Biogas flare with open flame is equipped with short burner shroud which prevents wind from blowing out the flame. Temperature of biogas burning in this type of flare does not exceed 850 oC.
Flare structure consists of following elements:
- biogas inlet pipelines with fittings;
- outlet nozzle with burner;
- burner shroud.
All construction elements of biogas flare are made of stainless steel. Burner shroud made of heat resistant steel.
Biogas flare equipment:
- ignition electrodes with transformer;
- thermocouple;
- main electrovalve;
- main cut-off valve;
- flame arrester;
- pressure switch with pressure gauge;
- stay ropes;
- local electrical box.
